At TRibeFitness Preston we provide Functional Fitness which with both bodyweight and equipment based classes provides you a full full-body workout.
We Focus on improving your all-round fitness and ability through a

You DON'T have to be superfit or even fit to join us as we have Specific Low Impact Sessions to help you ease into main sessions as well as having various personal trainers you can book to work with 1-2-1 or 2-2-1 until your ready to join classes.
Our coaches will help you develop your technique and motivate you to push yourself to new levels of fitness. And because we limit ourselves to only 12 clients per class/session every client gets time with the trainer each time they attend.

TRibe Fitness is proud to be working in conjunction with Emma from The Mandala Yoga Centre in Preston. Emma is one of the very few teachers in the north to have been trained to teach Ashtanga yoga by world-renowned John Scott and she continues to train with internationally loved Scott Johnson.
She holds the highly respected BAST qualification in the therapeutic application of sound and works for BAST as a tutor, assessor and outreach worker.
For a small monthly fee you can enjoy a weekly Yoga Class which is a great way to increase flexibility, tone and improve posture.
Our minimum 6 week membership will help you get back to it without a long term commitment. You will burn calories, boost your metabolism, and improve your overall health. A combination of strategic exercises, as well as understanding and controlling your eating habits will have you in tip top shape.
As well as our Group Sessions for overall functional fitness, we have PT's on site for 121's and specialist 6 week courses such as recovery after injury/illness or long periods of no exercise, Powerlifting courses and overall strength and conditioning courses
