The TRibe believe living a better lifestyle doesnt just mean maintaining a strong and fit body, but with enjoying the process to fitness and having great support along the way.
The TRibes aim is to help you identify your fitness, nutrition and lifestyle goals: Then provide you with Group Personal Training Sessions plus either Yoga, Nutrition or both to provide support that fits your needs. We have Ladies only or Mixed Sessions. Rehabilitation Programmes and HIIT Sessions to offer something to everyone in terms of what their goals are.
Through the members, social media and of course our expert trainers the support and community that our Tribe gives is 2nd to NONE and because a session NEVER takes more than 8 Clients at a time our Trainers are there to support every client to get the best out of each station and each session.

Group Personal Training
Group personal training is revolutionising fitness because of that operative word, PERSONAL.
Group personal trainersdo one thing differently than an exercise instructor - they COACH.
In a group personal training setting, students are often doing different things at their own
customized level of fitness or ability. So don't be worried that you aren't fit now, we have members at every stage of thier personal fitness journey.
Not everyone can afford 3 sessions a week with a personal trainer to get those results they really want. Now they can!
But its much MORE than just getting you into shape. We have created a wonderful community, with a shared goal, shared experiences and a shared passion for life and health.
TRibe Fitness is proud to be working in conjunction with Emma from The Mandala Yoga Centre in Preston. Emma is one of the very few teachers in the north to have been trained to teach Ashtanga yoga by world-renowned John Scott and she continues to train with internationally loved Scott Johnson.
She holds the highly respected BAST qualification in the therapeutic application of sound and works for BAST as a tutor, assessor and outreach worker.
Through TRibe Fitness's Partnership with the Nourishment Academy is on a mission to help you feel confident in your body, gain clarity around what the right nutrition is for you. Coupled with our Fitness prgramme we help you to change your negative mindset and bad habits, and feel more in-tune with your body and it's specific needs.
Our unique initial 3 month program that we have developed will help burn calories, boost the metabolism, and improve your overall health. A combination of strategic exercises, Yoga as well as understanding and controlling your eating habits will have you in tip top shape.
Tired of sitting all day in the office? Do your body a favor and get your blood pumping. Health and fitness is as much about what your body looks like on the outside as it is about how it functions on the inside. Your heart is a muscle, too, and our workouts will get your heart-rate up.
