Welcome to TRibeFitness, Preston's Premier Ladies Only Gym - where real-life women embark on a journey to real-life health. Careers, family, life, it all takes its toll. Making the time and effort to put YOU first for 2  - 5 hours a week, we know, can be a huge ask. 

 

At TRibeFitness, we redefine fitness by offering sessions meticulously crafted by experienced trainers, eliminating the need for you to worry about your workout plans – we've got that covered for you. 

 

Our trainers have a range of life and training experience so they know…if you know what we mean? We have a collective of all female trainers, with over 40+ years of experience who have designed and train sessions for women through a mixture of Functional Fitness and strength sessions, High intensity Interval training sessions, both incorporating both body weight and equipment. Giving you a full full-body workout.

 

Our unique approach caters to all fitness levels, ensuring there's something for every woman looking to prioritise her health. But TRibeFitness is MUCH MORE than just a gym; it's a community of incredible women supporting each other on their wellness journey. 

 

When you join TRibeFitness, you not only achieve great workouts, but you also become part of a community that goes beyond the gym walls. As a member, you power multiple initiatives in our local community, including a FREE Family Law Clinic, a Monthly Open-to-All Women's Walk & Talk Group, a Monthly Salad Social, and regular talks by recognized experts in Health, Nutrition, and Menopause. We also offer Women's Self-Defense workshops, making sure our members feel empowered both inside and outside the gym.

 

What sets TRibeFitness apart is not just the transformation it brings to the lives of its members but also its impact on the wider community. We proudly host FREE events, bringing Health and Holistic Professionals together with Services and Charities focused on Women's Health and Wellbeing twice a year.

WIthin your membership we can provide Recipes, Nutrition Plans and each Member has access to 3D Body Composition Scans included in their memberships.

If you are extremely nervous or worried about working out we have various personal trainers you can book to work with 1-2-1 or 2-2-1 until you feel you are ready to join classes.

We're not a huge commercial gym we don't need to be, we're a gym community. We EXCLUSIVELY work with women only in our group sessions to a maximum of 100 members.

3D Body Composition & Health  Scanner

Exclusive to TRibeFitness in Preston is our Styku 3D Body Scanner. On joining,  and periodically you will have access to your latest Body Composition Statistics including Body Fat %, Lean Muscle Mass, Bone Density and your BMI.

 

Through taking 21 highly accurate digital measurements at Key points around your body our 3D Body Composition scanner can provide you with the knowledge of your body and your progress that you need.  

 

Nutrition

As a monthly member we have produced a Monthly recipe pack tailored around YOUR needs. 

Plus if you have a specific goal, we also provide guides on healthy habits,

Lean Muscle Recipe packs, fat loss, detox and metabolic repair recipe packs.

Menopause and Nutritional Additional Support

As part of our team we have a highly qualified nutritionist and published menopause specialist that you can work with on a 1-2-1 basis to help you with IBS, Managing Menopause Symptoms, essential gut health and your metabolic temperature.

Our minimum 6 week membership  will help you get back to it without a long term commitment. You will burn calories, boost your metabolism, and improve your overall health. A combination of strategic exercises,  as well as understanding and controlling your eating habits will have you in tip top shape.

As well as our Group Sessions for overall functional fitness,  we have PT's on site for 121's and specialist 6 week courses such as recovery after injury/illness or long periods of no exercise, Powerlifting courses and overall strength and conditioning courses
