At TRibe we set ourselves apart from the schemes run by other gyms or fitness facilities. 

 

All TRibe members will receive unlimited access to our class timetable, which consists of small group training sessions,(12-14 members only per session) each session is led by one of our highly qualified and welcoming Personal Trainers or Coaches.

Although you will be put through your paces in your training sessions, you will also be made to feel welcome and comfortable throughout both by the trainer and our brilliant members.

Any questions or concerns you have simply need to be brought to the attention of the trainer leading that particular class.

 

#Within your membership we provide a monthly nutrition guide. If you want extra training with any of the TRibe trainers outside of the classes on a 1-2-1 or 2-1 basis please do not hesitate to ask.

Once you have purchased your chosen plan please watch out for your welcome email , within this email you will get access to our booking app, habits programme and our nutrition plans and recipe guides.

Once you have chosen and purchased your plan, go to Book On Line option under the Members section and book your preferred sessions under Ladies Only or Mixed VIP.
